Summary: The queen bed was very uncomfortable, I had a rather sleepless night tossing and turning constantly trying to get comfortable. The pillows were no better all being very thick with no thinner options provided, tv only seemed to work with episodes on tvnz but movies would cut out constantly. Couldn’t connect my Disney account or Netflix. Room was so hot!! No aircon. Overall I didn’t feel it was worth what I paid for the night, definitely won’t stay there again.

Summary: This was the second time staying here. This time was during the winter, while the first was in the summer. This is a nice place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. Flat and easy walking distance to Buffalo beach, Ferry landing and town centre. The heater in the room was very efficient at keeping the temperature warm during cold mornings and nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. We werent aware that the laundry closed when the office hours finished in the evening and when we returned to collect the washed clothes the door was locked, however with a phone call they came promptly to help. We enjoy swimming and used the pool in the summer. We had seen on the website prior to coming this second time that the pool was heated to 29 degrees, however the water felt cold to touch when we went to the pool and so didn’t end up using the pool this time

Summary: Fully brand new appartment, with a very nice and big room with eating table; cozy big sofa and fully equipped kitchen. A separated and super comfortable sleeping room with bathroom. All super clean and quiet. Great location, 1 minute walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown, shops and restaurants. The staff was very gentle and helpful. Absolutely great place.
